Arthur Morris and I just finished our Barnegat Jetty Workshop that we conducted this past weekend. We had a really nice and talented group of photographers that included Jon Saperia, Rachel Hollander, Mark Hardymon, Faraaz Abdool (from Trinidad) and Colin Gilyeat. The weather was mild and the birds plentiful. We had some great photo opportunities which included my first-ever Black Scoter hen resting on a rock. We also had multiple chances with Harlequin Ducks on the rocks. Here are three of my favorites from the weekend. This was my last workshop this year but I am available to take private clients out for the day. Just shoot me an email if you are interested.

I like the harlequin right away, too. Another thing I liked . . . The enlarged images are full-screen. That’s new, isn’t it?
Great stuff. Were we blessed or what? Great folks, great birds, great weather, and nobody fell and got killed! As for me, I missed both of the duck quacks above! Oh, and I forgot to mention, tons of learning going on every day. And now poor Rachel has to buy a 300!!
