I will be heading to Washington State in a couple of days to scout the Olympic Peninsula for an upcoming workshop (June of next year). While I am there I will be meeting with various members of the Olympic Peaks Camera Club. A few of the clubs members will be showing me around and sharing some of their favorite shooting spots.
Friends/clients Lori Moilanen, Bruce Fryxell and Marian Bodart are also members of the club and I hope they will be able to join us on the adventures. Marian is the woman who edited two of my recent eBooks “Bird Photography; The Art of the Composition” and “The Creative Art of Photography” I will be staying with her during my trip. Thanks Marian! Lori and Bruce were the ones that initially invited me out there-thanks guys! And thanks to everyone else for all of their help and assistance - it is truly appreciated!
Anyway, I am super excited to get out there to see and photograph some of the amazing locations for myself. As a small token of my appreciation I will be giving a presentation to the Olympic Peaks Camera Club on May 2nd at 7:00pm. This program is open to the public and the club will waive the $5.00 donation for non-members-awesome! If you live in the area, I would love to meet you. Hope you can make it!
Date: May 2nd at 7:00pm
Location: The Dungeness Community Church, 45 Eberle Ln, Sequim, WA..
Thanks, denise
